Police are on scene investigating a fatal motorcycle crash in Irrewillipe East this morning.
It’s believed the motorcycle was travelling along East West Road when the rider lost control and left the road sometime overnight.
A passer-by discovered the crash about 6.30am and immediately called emergency services.
The male rider, a 44-year-old Gellibrand man, died at the scene.
Colac Highway Patrol officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and investigations remain ongoing.
