Quotes attributable to Detective Sergeant Lee Barton, Major Collision Investigation Unit:

“Victoria Police again appeal to all members of the community to drive with care. Last year saw numerous serious collisions across rural locations that could have been avoided by drivers simply slowing down and paying greater attention to the roadway and relevant signs – it’s the drivers responsibility,” he said.

“These collisions have a lifelong effect on those unfortunately involved and their families that are left to care or grieve.”
