Police investigate sexual assault atCBD, South Australia

Police are investigating a sexual assault in the south east of the CBD in the early hours of Easter Saturday.

In the early hours of Saturday 11 April, Police were called to a house in the CBD by a report that a woman had been sexually assaulted by an unknown man.

The suspect is described as a man of Aboriginal appearance, aged in his 40s, about 170 cm tall, with a stocky build, dark complexion, dark shoulder length tightly curled hair and a dark fuzzy beard. He was wearing a black fleece jumper and black trackpants.

Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw a man matching the suspect’s description in the vicinity of Gilles Street and Pulteney Street, Adelaide, between midnight and 1am on Saturday.
