Police are investigating a suspicious house fire on the state’s south coast.
Shortly after 7pm yesterday (Tuesday 12 October 2019), a neighbour reported smoke coming from a house on Macleans Point Road, Sanctuary Point.
Officers attached to South Coast Police District attended and established a crime scene.
Police believe the fire may have been deliberately lit and are urging anyone who may have seen anything suspicious to contact South Coast Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Police inquiries are continuing.
