Armed Crime Squad detectives are investigating after a man was shot in Wandong Saturday, 2 July.
Emergency services were called to reports of an injured man on Wandong Avenue about 12.15pm.
A 39-year-old Wandong man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined, however investigators believe that the incident is not related to any other recent firearms incidents.
The investigation remains ongoing.
