Police investigating firearm incident at Watermans Bay

Mirrabooka Detectives are seeking information regarding a firearm incident in Watermans Bay last night, Saturday 11 January 2020.

About 10:35pm Police were called to a house in Elsie Street. Upon arrival the officers located damage to a vehicle and the carport area of the residence. The damage is consistent with being struck by bullets.

It is believed several shots were fired at the residence, with several shell casings being located. No one was injured.

Forensic officers attended the scene overnight and will return there this morning to conduct further analysis of the scene in daylight.

Detectives would like to speak to anyone who lives in, or who was driving in the area at the time, and who may have CCTV or dash cam vision of vehicles being driven in the area around 10:30pm.
