Detectives in Launceston are investigating a robbery in a hotel car park at Prospect last night.
Police were called to the scene shortly before 10.30pm, after a man reportedly approached a vehicle in the car park and threatened the two occupants with a knife.
The man fled on foot after acquiring a wallet from one of the people in the car. No one was physically injured during the incident.
A woman has been arrested and detectives are following a specific line of enquiry in relation to other people they believe are involved.
