A girl reported missing from Sydney’s Inner West has been located safe and well.
A 15-year-old girl was reported missing after she last seen in Barnstaple Road, Five Dock, about 8am on Thursday 17 August 2023.
When she could not be contacted or located, officers from Burwood Police Area Command were notified on Tuesday 22 August 2023 and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, including a public appeal, the girl was located safe and well in Sydney today (Friday 1 September 2023).
Police wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
