A woman reported missing from the state’s Riverina region has been located safe and well.
An 84-year-old woman was reported missing after she was last seen on Irrigation Way, Narrandera, about 9.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 8 November 2023).
When she could not be located, officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries, including a geo-targeted message appeal, the woman was located safe and well in Narrandera about 6am today (Thursday 9 November 2023).
Police wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
