A 52-year-old male Sergeant from Operations Support Command has been stood down from official duty with the Queensland Police Service and has been tasked to perform non-operational duties.
The officer is subject of an investigation into allegations of drink driving whilst off duty and has been served a notice to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on 7 June 2019, charged with drink driving.
