Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash in Machine Creek last night, 1 August.
Emergency services were called to Mount Larcom Bracewell Road around 10.07pm, following reports of a single-vehicle traffic crash involving a Mitsubishi Triton.
One of the occupants in the vehicle, a 19-year-old Kirkwood woman, sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old Machine Creek woman and another passenger, a 20-year-old Mount Larcom woman, sustained minor injuries.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash remain ongoing.
