Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash early this morning near Torbanlea.
Around 1.45am a sedan was heading south on the Bruce highway when it has collided with a truck that was also headed south.
The male driver and female passenger of the sedan, both from Maryborough, died at the scene.
The truck driver was not physically injured.
Investigations are continuing.
