Police and emergency services are at the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Oceana Drive at Howrah.
The road is blocked and traffic is being diverted via Minerva Street and Balia Street.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area where possible and to follow the directions of emergency services.
At this stage, there are no reported injuries.
