Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jude Plaister.
The 17-year-old was last seen when leaving a Mereweather Avenue, Frankston address about 7.30pm on Thursday, 13 February.
Police have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
A photo has been released of Jude in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
Jude is Caucasian and is described as tall, with a thin build and very short brown hair.
He usually wears baggy clothing and may be travelling with a blue suitcase and a red and black backpack.
Anyone with information or may have seen Jude is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
