Police seek help to locate man missing from Turvey Park

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from the states Riverina Region.

Nathan Lemech, aged 26, was last seen at his home on Mair Street, Turvey Park, about 8pm (Tuesday 25 July 2023).

When he was unable to be located and could not be contacted, officers from Riverina Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family have serious concerns for Nathan’s welfare as he lives with a cognitive impairment and has limited communication.

Nathan is described as being of Asian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with short dark brown hair.

He was last seen wearing and old grey hoodie.

Nathan frequents the Botanical Gardens in Turvey Park and may be in the Mount Austin, Tolland, Bourkelands, Tatton, Kooringal and Wagga Wagga east areas.

He is also known to use public transport.

Anyone who sees Nathan, or believes they know his whereabouts, is urged to contact Wagga Wagga Police Station of Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
