Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Edward.
The 68-year-old was last seen at a care facility on Le John Street, Rowville about 6.35pm on Friday, 25 August.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has dementia and is non-verbal.
Investigators have released an image of Edward in the hope someone can supply information on his current whereabouts.
Edward is described as Caucasian with a medium build and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, black jeans and was carrying a green bag.
Investigators believe he may be travelling by train to Belgrave or the Melbourne CBD.
