Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Grayme.
The 69-year-old was last seen leaving a medical facility on Bellarine Street about 5.45pm on Wednesday, 2 August.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Grayme in the hope someone can supply information on his current whereabouts.
Grayme is Caucasian, of medium build with a bald head and grey hair on the sides.
He has a laceration on his head and his right wrist is bandaged.
Grayme was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie.
