Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Luis.
The 76-year-old was last seen on Military Road in Avondale Heights about 3pm on 16 August.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he lives with dementia.
He is known to frequent the Keilor East area.
Investigators have released an image of Luis in the hope someone can supply information on his current whereabouts.
Luis is Caucasian, of thin build and has grey hair. He also speaks both Spanish and English.
Luis was last seen wearing a black jumper, black pants and grey shoes.
