Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Ngoc.
The 59-year-old was last seen in Callander Road Noble Park, about 9am on Thursday, 21 September.
Police and family have concerns for Ngoc as he has dementia.
Ngoc is of Asian descent, about 170cm tall with a thin build, black hair thinning on top and greying on the sides.
He was last seen wearing a grey track top with two white strips down the sleeves and grey track pants.
Investigators have released an image of Ngoc in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Scott or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Springvale Police Station on 8558 8600.
