Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Robert.
The 77-year-old was last seen on Railway Parade in Deer Park about 12pm.
He is described as 170cm tall with stubble, a bald head and has tattoos on both arms.
Robert is known to frequent the Werribee, Hoppers Crossing and Maidstone areas.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Robert in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
