Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Russell.
The 57-year-old was last seen on Burke Road, Malvern East about 7pm on Saturday 2 September.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has dementia and other medical conditions.
Russell is Caucasian in appearance, balding, unshaven facial hair, 170cm tall with a solid build.
Investigators have released an image of Russell in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Russell or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Malvern Police Station on 8823 5600.
