Police seek information on Burglary in Katherine 27 November

Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a robbery in Katherine on Friday.

At 3:40am, police received a report of approximately 9 youths that had forced their way through locked doors of a service station on Bicentennial Road.

One youth threw a rock at the head of the male staff member, before the staff member grabbed the cash registers and another employee locking themselves in the store office.

The group entered the store multiple times, stealing a number of items before fleeing the scene upon police arrival.

Northern Territory Police are investigating the matter.
