Police seek information: Robbery, Deception Bay

Police are appealing to the public for information in relation to a robbery of a Deception Bay takeaway store this afternoon.

Around 4pm a girl entered the Deception Bay Road fish and chip shop, threatening the 18-year-old male attendant and demanding money.

She took a quantity of cash before fleeing on foot.

No one was physically injured.

The teenager is described as approximately 150cm tall with a slim build. She has an olive complexion with brown and blonde, below the shoulder length hair.

She was wearing dark clothing including a black shirt with a ‘Chicago Bulls’ motif on the front and carrying a black satchel.

Anyone with information or who has relevant dashcam vision in the area at the time, is also urged to come forward.
