This submission provides information and insights from ARENA’s project portfolio as relevant to the current Rule Change process. In particular, ARENA considers that PFR is able to be provided by a wide range of sources, including Distributed Energy Resources (DER), and market design needs to be mindful that DER is growing rapidly as a proportion of instantaneous demand.
