Council at its Ordinary Meeting on 19 July 2022 resolved to place on exhibition proposed amendments to the Redbank Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA).
The proposed amendments to the VPA relate to the construction of the Grose River Bridge and are proposed primarily to ensure that the delivery of the Grose River Bridge progresses as scheduled for practical completion in 2025.
The VPA will be on public exhibition from Thursday, 28 July 2022 to Monday, 29 August 2022 and can be viewed at Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor, Monday to Friday during opening hours from 9am to 4pm.
