Public appeal: Armed robbery at Beaudesert

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate two people involved in an armed robbery of a convenience store in Beaudesert earlier this year.

Around 7.35pm on January 3, a man and woman (pictured below) entered a store on Oakland Way.

The woman then walked behind the counter and removed approximately $1,000 cash from the register and placed it in a bag. She also accessed a locked cabinet and stole a quantity of cigarettes, believed to be worth around $700.

Both offenders then left the store on foot.

The man is described as Pacific Islander, around 180cm tall with brown eyes and dark hair.

The woman is described as Caucasian, around 175cm tall with a slim build and brown eyes and dark hair.
