The ACTU have developed a handy toolkit for workplace delegates and HSRs to use in workplaces where management or the company are avoiding their responsibility to provide access to Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) or take the threat of COVID-19 seriously.
The MUA will continue to campaign to ensure our workplaces are safe, our members stay healthy, and that employers take their responsibilities seriously.
Alongside the broader union movement, we are fighting to win free and accessible RATs and to build pressure in workplaces and demand stronger protections. HSRs and Delegates should use their WHS rights to fight for access to RATs in the workplace.
The ACTU toolkit includes:
