Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Razaq Al Hamzah.
The 30-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear in court in relation to theft and drug related offences.
He is described as 170cm tall with a slim build.
Al Hamzah is known to frequent the Shepparton, Mooroopna and Tatura areas.
Investigators have released an image of Al Hamzah in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
