Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ryan Canavan.
The 35-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear in court in relation to theft, assault, and traffic offences.
Canavan is described as being approximately 180cm tall, with a medium build, black hair, brown eyes with a olive complexion.
He is known to frequent the Forest Hill, Mount Waverley and Burwood areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ryan in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
