The Security Council will hold a high-level briefing on Ukraine today at 4 p.m. Several Council members and other participants are expected to be represented by Heads of State or Foreign Ministers. Secretary-General António Guterres is scheduled to brief the Council, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to represent Ukraine at the meeting.
