The Security Council holds a briefing today at 3 p.m. on the Secretary-General’s latest report on the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), covering developments since 27 June. Special Representative and Head of BINUH Carlos Ruiz Massieu is expected to brief the 15-member Council.
