The stock and flow measures of rental property prices for April, May, and June 2026 months are now final. Since the publication of Selected price indexes: May 2026, the figures for the April and May 2026 months have not changed and are no longer provisional.
Final data for the stock and flow measures of rental property prices for these three months will be reflected in Consumers price index: June 2026 quarter.
