Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Shaik Rezwan Karim.
The 41-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to bail and theft-related offences.
Karim is approximately 175cm tall with a thin build, olive complexion and dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Coburg and Ballarat areas.
Investigators have released an image of Karim in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
