Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Simon Gauci.
The 44-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to theft related offences.
Gauci is described as 175cm tall with a solid build and black hair.
He is known to frequent the Cranbourne area.
Investigators have released an image of Gauci in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
