A man remains in a critical condition after a single vehicle crash near Katherine overnight.
Initial information indicates the vehicle was travelling on the Stuart Highway just south of Quarry Road when it left the roadway and crashed into nearby bushland around 10:30pm.
The man was medevac’d to the Royal Darwin Hospital in a serious condition.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the cause of the crash.
