Police are at the scene of a single vehicle fatal crash in Yarram this evening.
It is believed the vehicle was traveling on Old Sale Road when it struck a tree just before 6pm.
The driver of the vehicle, who is yet to be identified, died at the scene.
A passenger sustained serious injuries and has been taken to hospital.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and the investigation remains ongoing.
