Two people have today tested positive for COVID-19. There have now been a total of 431 cases in South Australia.
Today’s cases range in age from a person in their 20s through to a person in their 50s.
To date, 240 people have been cleared of COVID-19.
There have been four reported deaths in South Australia from COVID-19.
Six people aged between 52 and 77 are currently in intensive care at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, of which one is in a critical condition and five are stable.
Investigations are ongoing into the cluster of cases identified at Adelaide Airport, linked to 34 people. Further investigations have found cases in another type of airport worker.
Approximately 750 Qantas staff who have worked from Wednesday 18 March, across three specific staff areas within the Adelaide Airport, are now being requested to self-isolate at home immediately.
At this stage, no public areas are believed to have been affected, however, anyone who is sick with symptoms of COVID-19 and has been at the Adelaide Airport, including in the terminal or car park, should present for testing.

There are two separate clusters linked to 40 people that remain under investigation in the Barossa Valley, and travel in or out of the Barossa should still be limited. Anyone who was in the Barossa from Saturday 14 March 2020 who develops symptoms should immediately self-isolate and be tested.
There are 89 cases in SA linked to the Ruby Princess cruise ship, which is the biggest cluster in cases.
SA Pathology has undertaken close to 37,000 tests for COVID-19 so far.
