Stabbing death in CBD, South Australia

Police are investigating after a man was stabbed to death in the Adelaide CBD early this morning.

Just after 2am on Monday 25 April, police were called to North Terrace after a man was found injured lying on the road. When officers arrived, they found the man had multiple stab wounds to his chest.

Sadly he died as a result of those injuries shortly after.

Detectives from Eastern District CIB and Forensic Crime Scene Investigators were recalled to the scene and are investigating.

North Terrace is currently closed between West Terrace and Morphett Street.
