Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Steven Petrcic.
The 49-year-old is wanted on warrant for contravening a court order and recklessly cause injury.
Petrcic is described as Caucasian, with a medium build, bald, grey facial hair and face and neck tattoos.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD and the Broadmeadows, Dallas, Cheltenham and Mentone areas.
Investigators have released an image of Petrcic in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
