ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:
Slow-moving thunderstorms have developed in a moisture rich environment about the southeastern Arnhem and northeastern Carpentaria districts, with locally heavy rainfall possible.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours.
Locations which may be affected include Borroloola, Ngukurr and Numbulwar
