On Monday 15 June 2020 police and Tasmania Fire Service were called to attend a structure fire at 12/113 Chapel Street Glenorchy. Surrounding units were evacuated by police, whilst the fire was brought under control by Tasmania Fire Service. No one was injured as a result of the fire which caused extensive damage valued at around $100,000.
Police and Tasmania fire Service are investigating the cause which has been determined as suspicious.
