Support for students sitting end of year exams

Minister for Education Dan Tehan has a message for Year 12 students sitting their final exams: relax, don’t be hard on yourself and best of luck.

“Years of study and schooling are drawing to a close for Year 12 students around Australia who will start sitting their final exams,” Mr Tehan said.

“Most of us can remember sitting our Year 12 exams so our thoughts are with students going into this stressful period.

“It’s important to remember that exam results won’t define the rest of your life and there are multiple alternate pathways into higher education, vocational education and training and the workforce.

“Our Government has produced a range of resources to help students and parents cope with the pressures of exams and to make informed decisions about their future.”
