Mechanical Fitter Apprentice Role

If you have an interest in mechanical engineering, you might find the Mechanical Fitter Apprentice role appealing. This apprenticeship not only allows you to contribute to maintaining water and wastewater assets but also provides an opportunity to obtain a Certificate 3 in Engineering and Mechanical Trade through TAFE NSW.

Apprentice Electrical and Instrumentation Technician

For those interested in the electrical industry, the Apprentice Electrical and Instrumentation Technician position offers hands-on experience. Successful applicants will assist Electricians in the proper functioning of water and wastewater assets. This apprenticeship comes with the chance to earn a dual qualification—a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and a Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control.

Trainee Water Operations

The Trainee Water Operations program offers four distinct roles, allowing trainees to gain exposure to various teams including water treatment, sewer treatment, water maintenance, and water construction. This approach provides a comprehensive understanding of different aspects of the field. Trainees will also have the opportunity to earn a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations from TAFE NSW.
