Territory Takes Home Apprentice of Year and Small Training Provider of Year

Territorian, Savanne Canobie has taken home Apprentice of the Year and Taminmin College has won Small Training Provider of the Year at the 2021 Australian Training Awards.

The peak national awards recognise the country’s best and brightest in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

The national awards also provide an opportunity to showcase the Territory’s best and celebrate the sectors ongoing commitment, resilience and innovation throughout COVID-19.

The Territory had 2 winners and 2 runners up at the national awards that were held virtually last night, due to Covid-19.

The Territory’s 8 finalists, comprised of 6 individual and 2 organisational finalists who all celebrated with friends and family, at a digital broadcast in Darwin.
