Southern Metro Region Crime Squad detectives have charged three teenagers following a stabbing in Cranbourne North last week.
It is alleged there was an altercation in a park on Sabel Drive before a boy was stabbed about 3.20pm on Monday, 20 July.
The 15-year-old boy was located with serious injuries and taken to hospital.
The group allegedly fled on foot before police arrived.
Detectives executed search warrants this morning and arrested three teenagers.
Two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy, all from the Casey area, were charged with intentionally cause serious injury with gross violence, affray and other assault and weapons offences.
The trio will face a children’s court this afternoon.
