Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tom Singleton.
The 33-year-old man is wanted on warrant for theft, drug possession, cultivate narcotic plant and driving-related matters.
Singleton is Caucasian, approximately 175cm tall with a medium build, brown hair and blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the St Kilda, Prahran and Hampton East areas.
Investigators have released an image of Singleton in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
