A 36-year-old Traralgon man has had his vehicle impounded for 30 days for alleged drink driving offences in Traralgon on Saturday night.
Officers intercepted a car on Shakespeare Street about 9.15pm and spoke to the driver.
He underwent a preliminary breath test and was requested to undergo an evidentiary test where he returned an alleged reading of 0.321%.
His car was impounded with costs of $1005 and he is expected to be charged on summons for drink driving offences.
He also received a penalty notice for breaching Chief Health Officer directions.
