A tutor has been charged after allegedly sexually touching a student in Sydney’s north west.
Officers from The Hills Police Area Command commenced an investigation following reports a 16-year-old girl was sexually touched by a man who was known to her during a private tutoring lesson in Castle Hill on Thursday (20 August 2020).
Following inquiries, a 50-year-old man was arrested at a business on Cecil Avenue, Castle Hill, about 3pm yesterday (Friday 21 August 2020).
The man, who is a private tutor, was taken to Castle Hill Police Station and charged with sexually touch another person without consent.
He was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday 9 September 2020.
