Two men charged after Dial-a-Dealer investigation – Strike Force Milray

Two men have been charged following an investigation into the commercial supply of cocaine in Sydney’s south-west.

SF Milray was established in December 2022 by officers attached to the Wetherill Park Region Enforcement Squad (RES), to investigate the commercial supply of cocaine using the Dial-a-Dealer methodology in the Guildford and Chester Hill areas.

About 1.50pm yesterday (Tuesday 30 May 2023) officers attached to Wetherill Park and Bankstown RES simultaneously arrested two men – both aged 22 – in Bass Hill and Chester Hill.

Upon searching the men, police allegedly located a phone, cash and cannabis.

The two men were taken to Bankstown Police Station where they were charged with knowingly deal with proceeds are crime, supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis, possess prohibited drug, supply prohibited drug, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.

They were refused bail and will appear in Bankstown Local Court today (Wednesday 31 May 2023).

About 2.20pm yesterday (Tuesday 30 May 2023) officers from Wetherill Park and Bankstown RES with assistance from south-west metro Operational Support Group executed four search warrants simultaneously, at Guildford, Greystanes and Chester Hill.

Police located over $200k cash, cocaine, methamphetamine and cannabis

Investigations are continuing.
