A number of worn and signed celebrity jerseys will be going up for auction this weekend as a part of the Celebrity Big Bash Event raising money for the Preston Campbell foundation.

16 celebrities will be taking the field in a T20 game of cricket to raise much needed funds for the Preston Campbell foundation to develop programs and opportunities which inspire and mentor participants to achieve their aspirations and dreams.

Some of the celebrity jerseys going up for auction include Preston Campbell, Luke Bradnam, Trevor Butler, Spida Everitt and many other famous Gold Coast names.

Each of the jerseys will be worn during the cricket game and will then be signed by the celebrities when the match is finished.

“Funds will directly support local school-based trainees with training, mentoring and personal development opportunities, including transport, uniforms and more,” said Mr. Preston Campbell founder of the Preston Campbell Foundation.

“We are honoured to be hosting such a unique and important auction and helping those in the indigenous community achieve their goals,” said Mr. Lee Hames, Chief Operations Officer for Lloyds Auctions.

“The day is important as it brings people together from all walks of life with the aim of benefiting others in need. I’m participating to support the event, the local club and community initiatives which benefit from the day, I’m also looking forward to connecting with the other players and community and having some fun,” continued Mr. Campbell.

Also on offer is the Middle Stump Initiative which is number 3 of only 100 available designed and created by Cinton Dann engaging local indigenous cultures.
